2018 Rob Riley Memorial Lecture

Rob Riley was an Indigenous statesmen and leader of his people whose untimely death was mourned throughout Australia. Inspired by his conviction that Australia had to confront its history of dispossession of Aboriginal people from their lands and all that has flowed from it, Riley worked tirelessly to advance social justice and reconciliation with non-Indigenous Australia.Indigenous figures, the late Rob Riley.

The Centre of Aboriginal Studies established the Rob Riley Memorial Lecture to keep upholding the memory of Western Australia's key

This year's lecture is hosted by Hon Linda Burney MP, Shadow Minister for Human Services.
